Five years, 80+ weddings, and plenty of laughing.
I photograph weddings across the South Coast and Southern Highlands. You'll find my work from Bendooley Estate, Ravensthorpe Estate, The Lodge Jamberoo, Terara House and The Cove Jervis Bay.
Most couples tell me they hate having their photo taken. I keep things fun, give you a small prompt when you freeze up, then step back and shoot what you do next. By the time we get to portraits, you've stopped thinking about the camera.
I edit for real colour. Skin looks like skin and the water at Jervis Bay stays the blue you remember. I want your photos to still look right when your kids flick through them in 20 years.

Meet Alex
Born on the South Coast. Still shooting here.
I grew up on the South Coast and I still live here. A lot of the venues I shoot at are places I've driven past my whole life, like The Grange in Dapto, The Woods Farm and Growwild Wildflower Farm.
Most of my couples start out awkward in front of a camera. I'll chat, crack a few jokes and tell you where to stand when you need it. The rest of the day I shoot candids, so your gallery follows the day as it happened.
What I shoot
Weddings are most of my year. I also shoot engagements, couples, maternity, families and business photos, with the same relaxed approach and the same colour.
